Ali first explored abstract art at school through sculptural mediums and then developed an interest in architecture which she went on to study at Newcastle University.

Since deciding to focus on art she has developed a colourful and dynamic painting style which combines three-dimensional space and subjects, with internal landscapes.

She is inspired by cubism and expressionism and continues to develop her skills through research and experimentation.
